PHYSICAL THERAPY
(All sessions are 50+ minutes)
INITIAL EVALUATION: $230.00
RETURN VISITS (60 min)
Return Single Session: $205.00
DISCOUNTED PACKAGE RATES
Return 5-Pack: $865.00
Return 10-Pack: $1,665.00
PILATES & PERSONAL TRAINING
(All sessions are 50+ minutes)
Pilates/Personal Training Rates
One Hour Sessions run between $75.00 to $110.00 depending on experience of teacher (up to 20+ years)

Payment Terms:
Check, cash and credit card payments are accepted and due at the time of treatment. Although we do not accept insurance, we will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company.
All classes are non-refundable.
All series must be used within 90 days.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
