Payment Terms:

Check, cash and credit card payments are accepted and due at the time of treatment. Although we do not accept insurance, we will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company.

All classes are non-refundable.

All series must be used within 90 days. 

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
