Born in the Navy SEALs, Core Conditioning +TRX Class exercises helps you develop stamina, strength, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Come join us for a fully functional comprehensive workout! This class features the TRX Suspension Trainer and other equipment like Kettlebells, the Slide Board, the BOSU Ball, the Surge, the TRX Rip Trainer, and more…! TRX Classes are 60 minutes and include a warm up, main set of exercises with a different theme each week, and cool down with stretches. Please come prepared with a sweat towel and proper workout attire. Develop your balance, coordination, strength, and body control. Great for reducing fall risks and the effects of osteoporosis!
